Dispatch and delivery
- Orders are packed and dispatched after confirmation. The delivery estimate shown for your pin code on the product page / checkout is the current best estimate — actual delivery can vary with courier load and weather.
- Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates, unless a specific guaranteed service is explicitly purchased for your order.
Charges
- The delivery charge (if any) for your order is always shown at checkout before payment.
- COD orders, where serviceable, may carry a COD handling fee — always shown at checkout before you pay.
- Some pin codes/states are not serviceable for COD by our courier partners.
If a delivery fails
If a parcel cannot be delivered it returns to us (RTO). We will contact you on the number/email in the order to arrange what happens next once it arrives back.
